Since we print to order, your new favorite piece needs a few days before it arrives at your door.

• Production: 2–5 business days
• Shipping: 5–15 business days
• During peak times, it may take a little longer
• You'll automatically receive a tracking link to the email address you provided as soon as your package is on its way (check your spam folder too)

We forward your order to our production partner after 6 hours. After that, an address change is often no longer possible — but we'll of course try our best.

In short:

• Spotted a mistake? Contact us right away.
• Can the address be changed? Yes — as long as no shipping label has been created.
• Already on its way? Then you'll need to contact the shipping carrier directly.
• Have your tracking number ready and request a redirect.

Please always make sure your address is correct so your package reaches you without any detours or extra cost.

Don't worry, this can usually be cleared up quickly. Here are the most common reasons:

• Check your spam/promotions folder — a lot of emails end up there.
• Typo in your email address? Happens a lot → in that case we can't deliver the email.
• Checked out with a bad internet connection? Sometimes the order doesn't go through completely.

Here's how to check if your order actually went through:

• Check if a payment was charged.
• If no charge was made, the order most likely didn't make it into our system.
• If you're not sure: Drop us a message — we'll check it for you right away.

We totally understand the wish — unfortunately, we can't offer try-on orders because we produce on demand and aren't a huge corporation with a warehouse.

• Every unisex shirt is only printed after you place your order.
• That's why we can't offer "order to try" packages.
• Our size charts will help you make the right choice. Our shirts have a unisex fit and run looser and longer.
• Feel free to message us — we're happy to help you personally with sizing.
• And don't worry: Your 30-day exchange policy still applies, of course.

Yes — but only within a short time window.

In short:

• Cancellation is only possible before the printing process starts.
• That means: within 6 hours of placing your order.
• After that, your shirt is already being printed and can no longer be stopped.

P.S.: If you just want to change the size, color, or design, you don't need to cancel. We can make those adjustments for you within the first 12 hours as well.

We only ship to residential addresses. Unfortunately, delivery to parcel lockers or pickup stations is not possible.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the number of items ordered. Shipping is calculated by weight and starts at €4.90.
